Cage Fitness was introduced to Campbelltown Martial Arts about 1 and half years ago. And I can honestly say that I still love Cage Fitness. A year and half later, the bag still feels heavy, I still feel like I get a great overall work out and I have fun!!! I have been focused on Fitness for as long as I can remember and there are not to many fitness workouts that keep me coming and as keen to do 18 months after starting it. Anyone can do it and all fitness levels. You work at your own pace and push your self as hard as you want to go.The next thing I love is its time convenient. 30 minutes is all it takes to get a great all over body workout.
